È noto principalmente per essere il chitarrista solista e cofondatore degli Aerosmith, oltre ad essere chitarrista anche negli Hollywood Vampires. Nella classifica Rolling Stone è all’84º posto tra i 100 migliori chitarristi di tutti i tempi.
